Proof Of Concept
We have two separate projects to demonstrate the functionality of our core mechanics. The first portion of the video shows a basic level design that we will use that employs basic assets, and the second portion of the video shows how our typing mechanic will work, it will make use of typing to create interactions with the setting, and the example shown has prompts to reflect whether or not the player has correctly typed the letters of the word given, and the environment will change accordingly (currently the cubes will spin but of course eventually, the effects will be more complicated and unpredictable). We are working on integrating them together so that our first level will have a player spawning in the house and he will be given different options to type, and these options will decide what his next course of action is, and gradually the player will find that the words they type will have a very unpredictable and often adverse effect!
