Update #7 (March 20)
We have just updated our game according to the feedback we have received from the two playtesting sessions that we participated in. The feedback we received was constructive and allowed us to refine our game in preparation for the beta release, this week was also a scramble in terms of fine tuning our game and the models for our game have started to roll in so we are working on replacing our current assets wherever we can and hope to remove as much as possible so that the game is not needlessly large. In particular, the largest concerns about our game (unintuitive controls/objective of the game) were fixed with UI additions and the smaller ones have been mostly addressed as well, with more information in our playtest report post on itch.io. We are still having bi-weekly meetings still, with an extra-long meeting right before the beta release to consolidate our code and also prepare for the presentation on the beta release and are happy that we have managed to survive to this point in spite of the setbacks we have encountered.

Xuyan Ding(Kevin): Worked on enemy animations, new character models and animations in Unity. Added muzzle flash effect.
Javan Graham: Reworked typing mechanism, added random typing and a word bank.
Jia Zhao: Worked on the scoring system, and finished the draft for playtest report.

Shannen Guntoro: Reworked the character animation and finished enemy model and animations.
Anantha: Worked on arts and models for the shooting level.
